Once we receive your contact we’ll send you an email inviting you to select a date and time for a quick 20-minute discovery call. This is just a quick chat to allow us to find out a bit more about you, the problems you're looking to solve, and your current set-up.

After the discovery call if we think a site survey is required we’ll arrange this with you. Although, it’s often not needed for us to give you a quote.

We’ll present you with the basic plan to start simplifying and securing your IT systems, along with pricing.

We’ll enrol all of your Macs and PCs into our management system, allowing us to pro-actively monitor them for you.
Your team members will be added to the support ticketing system and shown how to log support calls.
We will begin documenting your infrastructure and systems in our SOC-2 compliant documentation system.
